Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Columbus, GA is seeking a Part-Time Rehab Technician to join a compassionate, mission-driven rehab team at Spring Harbor at Green Island.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, transporting residents, maintaining records, and supporting a resident-centered care approach in a long-term care environment. The role offers daytime hours in a nonprofit setting with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support the Company’s commitment to Compassionate Care; project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties, as assigned
