Job summary

GBMC Hospital is seeking a part-time Rehab Tech Supplemental Tier B to assist therapists, prepare patients and equipment, and observe sessions. You will report treatment progress, maintain supplies, and help with basic administrative duties in a hospital setting.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, BLS CPR certification, and preferred 3 months healthcare experience. Effective communication and organization are essential for patient safety and workflow.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED as education requirement.
• 3 months healthcare experience preferred.
• Know standard patient care policies and procedures; strong communication skills.
• Ability to organize workload and report changes promptly.
• Basic computer skills; eligible to train in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient prep and equipment setup under supervision.
• Help with treatments, observe patients, report status changes.
• Transport patients and prep rooms per protocol.
• Take patient vitals and support safe transfers.
• Provide administrative support and inventory management.
