Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Columbus, GA is seeking a Part-Time Rehab Technician to support our compassionate rehab team at Spring Harbor at Green Island in Columbus, GA.

This position offers daytime hours in a long-term care setting, focusing on helping residents maintain mobility, function, and independence. You will work with licensed therapists, transport residents, prepare for treatments, and help keep records and equipment organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some care experience preferred in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations and treatment programs.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support compassionate care and project a professional image for the Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
