Job summary

Horn Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Therapy Aide in the Rehab Services department. The role is about 15 hours per week, primarily afternoons 1:00 p.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with shifts and days potentially varying, and no weekends or holidays. Key duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, assisting therapists, transporting patients within the hospital, and performing general office tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills; Excel knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule patients in Rehab Services.
• Call insurance companies for eligibility/prior authorizations.
• Transport patients to and from Rehab Services as needed.
• Assist therapists with patients as needed.
• Clean patient rooms and equipment; perform general office duties.
