Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, prepare therapy spaces, and help with scheduling and paperwork, under state guidelines.

Evening and morning shifts are possible, with a focus on Wednesday and Friday availability. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, clear documentation, and teamwork with therapists and assistants in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document projects and manage tasks.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Demonstrated patient care and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists.
• Support patients with exercises and activities as directed.
• Provide routine treatments and assist with modalities.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment after treatments.
• Restock supplies and maintain restrooms and common areas.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Track supplies and assist inventory management.
