Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatment, and help with administrative and clinical tasks in compliance with state requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting with therapies, patient guidance, equipment care, and scheduling support. A teamwork-driven environment with growth and training opportunities is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists with treatments.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under supervision of staff.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
