Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with treatments.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under staff supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and ultrasounds.
• Cleans work areas and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
• Maintains restrooms and other areas; manages inventory.
• Assists with phones, scheduling, and paperwork filing.
• Monitors non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
