Job summary

Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 is seeking a paraprofessional to support students both academically and socially at Liberty Elementary. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and with a team, communicate effectively with staff and students, and demonstrate a solid understanding of child development.

The position offers part-time hours (AM) with a typical schedule Monday through Friday and requires Illinois paraprofessional licensure options or equivalent

Qualifications

• State of Illinois license options: PARA (STA), PARA(ELS), SUB or PEL must be registered in Will County.
• College transcripts with 60+ credit hours or WorkKeys assessment completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist students academically and socially in small group settings.
