Westminster Winter Park is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Health Center. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants, reporting to the Director of Nursing.
This is a part-time position offering 20–30 hours per week with weekday and weekend availability across all shifts. Essential duties include admissions/discharges, review of day case loads, ensuring orders and documentation are completed, and coordinating with families and physicians to
Qualifications
- Licensed RN in Florida is required.
- CPR certification is expected.
- Experience in long-term care or similar settings is desirable.
Responsabilités
- Manage admissions and discharges on day shift.
- Meet with Med nurse to review day case load and duties.
- Verify admission checklists for previous day.
- Complete daily skilled documentation for Med A residents.
- Review labs and x-rays and ensure actions taken.
- Perform skin and Braden inspections as scheduled.
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and other providers.
