Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• RN license in good standing with state board or multistate license if applicable.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
