Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions; maintain detailed reports.
• Prepare, assist, and instruct patients for examinations and treatment; educate families on health topics.
• Perform triage by telephone; relay information to providers and advise patients per instructions.
• Complete documentation accurately and maintain organized workspaces; manage medication renewals and pharmacy communications.
