Job summary

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process in line with hospital standards and unit policies. Minimum requirements include a nursing diploma or degree verified by the state board, a valid RN license for Oklahoma, and 0–6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (valid multi-state or Oklahoma license)
• Nursing degree/diploma completed as approved by state board
• 0–6 months related nursing experience
• Knowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and be detail oriented in clinical data

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patient age and cultural factors
• Document steps of the nursing process accurately
• Support patient discharge with appropriate referrals and education
