RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to support a PACE program on-site in Los Angeles. The role offers 24–32 hours per week with weekday hours, travel time paid, and mileage reimbursement.

On-site coordination with an interdisciplinary team is expected to optimize elder care outcomes. The ideal candidate holds an RD/RDN credential, a relevant nutrition degree, and licensure as required by the state, with experience in clinical and geriatric nutrition and EMR

Qualifications

• Dietetics degree from an accredited program.
• RD/RDN credential required.
• Current state licensure/certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and follow-up for PACE participants.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on medical needs and goals.
• Provide nutrition counseling to participants, caregivers, and families.
