Job summary

Fiddlers Green Manor in New York seeks a Registered Dietitian with long-term care experience for a part-time role (2–3 days per week). The RD will collect information for nutritional care planning and assessments and interview new admissions and residents referred by other disciplines.

Must be a BS graduate in Dietetic/Food Management, registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and ADA member, at least 18, and able to meet health requirements, including Mantoux testing, and

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year college with BS degree in Dietetic and/or Food Management.
• Must be registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration and membership in ADA.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two stage Mantoux skin test.

Responsibilities

• Writes nutritional care plans and assessments.
• Interviews all new admissions and residents referred by other disciplines as appropriate.
• Obtains information necessary for the writing of nutritional care planning and assessment.
