• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
• Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high‑quality nutrition care.
• Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve residents’ quality of life.
