Qualifications

• Provide nutrition counseling for patients, families, and caregivers.

Pay Rate: Starting $45 Per hour +Sign on Bonus up to $1000 Available

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans based on each patient's clinical needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide individualized nutrition counseling and education for patients, families, and caregivers to support recovery and long-term health.
• Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, and Social Workers.
• Help improve patient outcomes using “Food as Medicine”
