Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) seeks a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC. Starting rate is $35/hour, with 20 hours per week and negotiable pay based on experience. You will assess patients, educate staff and families, and collaborate with physicians to support nutrition goals.

Responsibilities include documenting outcomes, managing therapeutic diets, and ensuring compliance with policies during rounds and care planning.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with CDR and state licensure as required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical nutrition practices.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutritional assessments and provide interventions using evidence-based practices for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Provide education to patients, families, nursing, food service, and other staff on nutritional needs.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Communicate with physicians and clinical staff on nutritional status.
• Manage physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements.
• Attend patient rounds and support regulatory compliance via nutrition policies.
