Job summary

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition consulting for Assisted Living Facilities across South and Central New Jersey. The role offers flexible, low-hour work with on-site coverage and the option to support 1, 2, or 3 locations, aligned to your availability.

Expect 8 hours of on-site coverage per quarter per facility, with travel time paid and mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• RDN credential required and must be current.
• Current state licensure/certification, if applicable.
• Experience reviewing menus and audits in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and menu systems.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to facility locations.

Responsibilities

Overview

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition consulting services for Assisted Living Facilities located throughout South and Central New Jersey .

This is an excellent opportunity for a dietitian seeking flexible, low-hour consulting work with the option to support one, two, or all three facilities , depending on your availability and preference.

Each facility requires only 8 hours of on-site coverage per quarter , making this an ideal opportunity to supplement an existing schedule.
