Job summary

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC seeks an experienced Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition consulting for Assisted Living Facilities across South and Central New Jersey. This part-time opportunity offers flexible, low-hour consulting with options to support 1, 2, or 3 locations, based on availability.

Typical on-site coverage is 8 hours per facility per quarter, enabling you to supplement an existing schedule. Travel time and mileage are paid in addition to regular hours.

Qualifications

• RDN credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Current state licensure/certification, if applicable
• Experience reviewing menus and conducting audits in assisted living or long-term care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel to the selected facility locations quarterly

Responsibilities

• Review and approve menus for regular and therapeutic diets per nutrition standards
• Conduct periodic kitchen audits for operations, sanitation, safety

Overview

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition consulting services for Assisted Living Facilities located throughout South and Central New Jersey .

This is an excellent opportunity for a dietitian seeking flexible, low-hour consulting work with the option to support one, two, or all three facilities , depending on your availability and preference.

Each facility requires only 8 hours of on-site coverage per quarter , making this an ideal opportunity to supplement an existing schedule.
