Nutritious Lifestyles, LLC. in Amarillo, TX is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition assessments, care plans, and ongoing follow-up to Veterans and other clients on a flexible schedule.

The role is hybrid with both in-person and remote elements, offering autonomy and meaningful impact. The ideal candidate is an experienced or retired RDN or LD, with the ability to develop individualized nutrition care plans and educate patients using the Nutrition Care Process.

Qualificações

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Licensed Dietitian (LDN) required.
• Experienced, retired, or semi-retired dietitians welcome for flexible part-time work.
• Ability to develop and monitor nutrition care plans with patient education.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct nutrition assessments, consultations, and follow-up evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor nutritional status and recommend interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling as appropriate.
• Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality care.
• Support patient outcomes with Food as Medicine approaches.
