What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy to improve patient health and quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine.
• Manage nutrition support for tube feeding, dialysis, wound healing, and other specialized nutrition needs.
• Monitor patients' nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff.
