Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality ABA services. Spanish speaking candidates are strongly preferred to better serve the needs of our diverse client population. The successful candidate must be able to meet the communication and service needs of the client and family.
As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build independence, self-advocacy, and adaptive life skills. You’ll work with clients in both home and community settings, helping them develop skills for daily living, employment readiness, and personal growth. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. Shifts vary depending on client schedules and needs and may include daytime, evening, or weekend hours. The right candidate will be flexible, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
