Qualifications

This is a part‑time, non‑benefited position. Candidates must have availability for evening/after‑school hours starting around 3:00 PM. Some weekday daytime availability may be needed during initial training.

What we’re looking for

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, psychiatric disorders, autism, ABA, direct support, childcare, special education, or a related human services setting
• Availability for part‑time evening/after‑school hours starting around 3:00 PM
• Willingness to complete required training and pursue RBT certification
• Dependability, patience, strong communication, and attention to detail

Preferred, but not required

• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or direct support
• Bachelor’s degree or coursework in psychology, social work, education, human services, or a related field
