Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, autism, or related human services settings.
• Willingness to complete required training and pursue RBT certification; availability for part-time evening/after-school hours starting around 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients during after‑school and evening programming.
• Supporting communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Following individualized behavior support plans and treatment goals.
• Collecting data on client progress and behaviors.
• Helping maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
• Participating in team communication and supervision.
• Completing required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Using positive, person‑centered strategies to support client success.
