Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist facility users and inspect materials for compliance.
• Instruct users on safe facility use and where to dispose materials.
• Provide information about rules and procedures.
• Open and close centers.
• Control traffic and provide site security.
• Operate a compactor.
• Maintain sites and containers; empty bins as needed.
• Record material levels in recycling containers.
• Maintain grounds with lawn equipment.
• Identify, report and repair site problems.
• Maintain logs of facility activity.
• Assist the public with recycling items.
