Job summary

The City of Sharonville is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator to support the development, coordination, and delivery of recreation programs at the Sharonville Community Center. This role suits someone who enjoys public interaction and creating engaging community activities.

Under the Recreation Program Manager, you will assist with planning, organizing, promoting, and coordinating programs and events, plus provide administrative support to ensure safe, efficient delivery and adherence to

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED; secondary education preferred.
• At least two years of responsible experience in program coordination, preferably in recreation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and assist with recreation programs, activities, and events.
• Develop new programs based on community interests and needs.
• Coordinate schedules, facilities, equipment, supplies, and staffing.
• Communicate effectively with participants, instructors, staff, volunteers, and the public.
• Provide customer service and respond to program questions and requests.
• Assist with program registrations, attendance, and evaluations.
• Promote programs via flyers, social media, and email.
