Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front office customer service for patrons and instructors.
• Design marketing materials for publication and social media.
• Occasional visual or performing arts classroom instruction and general upkeep.
• Assist during internal and county wide events.
• Process registrations, reservations, and other scheduled services.
• Prepare daily financial reports and deposits.
• Promote recreational programming and events.
• Provide administrative support and handle routine records.
• Open/close facility and prepare rooms for activities.
• Organize, supervise and support activities and programs.
