Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years full-time audio industry experience (studio, live sound, music business).
• Demonstrated proficiency with Pro Tools on Windows and Macintosh.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses including Recording Theory, Digital Recording, Location Recording and labs.
• Prepare and deliver learning activities to achieve course outcomes.
• Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework and handouts.
• Evaluate and grade student work, maintain attendance records and deadlines.
• Make yourself available for student coaching and feedback.
• Attend periodic meetings with supervisors and College staff.
