Job summary

Silverado Beverly Place is seeking a warm, organized receptionist to support front desk operations in a memory care community in Los Angeles. This part-time evening shift focuses on friendly guest service, check-in, and coordinating with residents and families.

You’ll handle phones, greet visitors, process mail, and keep cheerful, professional communication. The role requires strong computer skills (MS Word/Excel), reliability, and ability to multitask in a busy, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of public/customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Willingness to work with residents, families, and guests.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents.
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, Saturday and Sunday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Anticipated pay range

$20 - $21 USD
