Job summary

San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the facility. This strictly clerical role sits in the reception and administrative area, with no clinical duties involved.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, taking messages, scheduling, mail handling, and maintaining privacy of residents' information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist/clerical/customer-service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
• Take messages and forward to appropriate person or department.
