Silverado Encinitas is hiring a receptionist to welcome residents, families, and guests with warmth and organization. You will handle front desk operations, answer calls, greet visitors, manage mail, and support clerical tasks in a memory care community. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication.

Schedule is part-time, AM shift, with pay range $18–$19 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities

Anticipated pay range

$18 - $19 USD
