Job summary

Silverado is seeking a receptionist to join our memory care team in California. This on-site role requires a warm, organized, service-oriented individual to support front desk operations for residents, families, and guests.

You’ll handle calls, greet visitors, manage mail, and maintain files while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Part-time PM shift provides opportunities for growth and engagement with our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person.
• Strong computer skills, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents.
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Anticipated pay range

$18 - $22 USD
