Are you a warm and welcoming person who loves talking to people every day? Then this is the job for you! Optalis Health and Rehabilitation - Cranberry Park - Grand Rapids is currently recruiting for a Part-Time, friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist.

Position Summary:

This role involves performing office reception duties to provide outstanding service to patients, including greeting patients and visitors, answering the telephone, maintaining the reception workspace and lobby areas, communicating admissions and discharges, and providing facility information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients and clients in person and on the telephone in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
  2. Answer phones: screen and route calls, take accurate messages, and answer questions regarding hours of operation, location of the facility, services provided, etc.
  3. Work cooperatively with supervisors, co-workers, and medical staff to provide professional and high-standard patient service and care.
  4. Adhere to scheduled work and break hours to ensure adequate front desk coverage.
  5. Perform other related duties as needed and assigned.

Qualifications (Minimum Education and Experience Required):

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of office experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, copiers, personal computers, printers, facsimiles, and telephones
