Job summary

Namify-LLC is seeking a Receiving Specialist to handle all products arriving at our manufacturing facility. You will work with the Shipping + Receiving Manager to ensure orders are processed efficiently from on-hand status. The role is fast-paced and requires problem-solving and self-motivation to achieve top performance.

The position is part-time with a 3:00pm-8:00pm schedule Monday to Thursday. A warehouse environment experience and strong communication skills are essential to maintain

Qualifications

• Must have clear communication skills and be able to use standard computer tools.
• Experience with warehouse systems or shipping platforms is a plus.
• Background in logistics or inventory control preferred.
• Previous receiving or inventory control experience is advantageous.
• Experience with carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, PO match, tag and distribute incoming products.
• Scan and invoice orders to update systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Ensure orders ship on time with quality.
• Understand shipping, receiving, stock pulling, and quality control.
• Follow established processes for each task.

SUMMARY:

The Receiving Specialist is responsible for handling all products that come into our manufacturing facility. Working with the Shipping + Receiving Manager, this position is key to ensure all client’s orders are taken care of from the moment we have them on-hand. The job is very fast-paced and challenging, but this individual is good at finding solutions to meet the needs of our clients, and is self-motivated to achieve their best performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILIES:

• Receive, PO match, tag and distribute products delivered daily
• Scanning and invoicing orders
• Keeping accurate inventory counts
• Ensure all orders ship out on time, accurately, and with optimum quality
• Understand principles of shipping, receiving, stock pulling, order fulfillment, and quality control
• Follow standard processes set for each task
• Manage time efficiently while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Meet goals for each process related to receiving
• Works with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency
• Ensures that all waste is reported accurately and disposed of properly
• Communicates with management, various departments, and team members to satisfy customer needs

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Thursday, 3:00pm-8:00pm (Part-Time)

WORK SPACE INFO:

This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.

TRAINING:

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
