Summary

The Receiving Support Associate assists with the store's receiving operations, ensuring incoming merchandise is inspected, processed, and prepared for the sales floor. This part‑time role coordinates with stockroom and sales teams to maintain accurate inventory and timely product availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack incoming shipments; verify counts and inspect items for damage.
• Process merchandise tickets, price tags, and barcode labels as required.
• Update inventory records and communicate discrepancies to management.
• Move and stage merchandise for sales floor replenishment and assist with transfers.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom area and follow loss‑prevention practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail receiving, stockroom, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise and stand for extended periods; comfortable using material‑handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work a flexible part‑time schedule.
