The role offers 10-20 hours per week at $30 per hour. You will work with senior staff accountants on reconciliations, data validation, and preparation of property packages, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Accounting, business and finance background preferred.
• Excellent professional demeanor with ability to work across management levels.
• Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts, cash bank accounts and monthly property packages
• Ensure property monthly packages agree to ledger and supporting documentations
• Assist with data validation for fund accounting consolidation software
• Work with senior staff accountants on various financial projects
