Job summary

Infinite Home Buyers in Fresno/Clovis, CA is seeking a licensed California real estate agent for a part-time acquisitions role. You will work directly with ownership on real deals: finding them, analyzing them, negotiating them, and closing them.

This on-site position offers hourly pay of $20-$25, bonuses on properties purchased/closed/flipped, and listing opportunities to add commission income. Flexible schedule with roughly 15-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Licensed California real estate agent (active license) required.
• Experience with lead generation or prospecting preferred.
• Ability to analyze comps and negotiate acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute strategies to find off-market leads (distressed properties, motivated sellers, probate, pre-foreclosure).
• Write and submit offers on on-market properties that fit our buy box.
• Meet with potential sellers to build rapport and negotiate acquisitions.
• Run comps and help analyze potential deals (ARV, repair estimates, offer pricing).
• Assist with light transaction coordination on deals under contract.
