Infinite Home Buyers in Fresno/Clovis, CA is seeking a Part-time Real Estate Agent focused on acquisitions. You’ll earn $20–$25/hour on-site with performance bonuses, and opportunities to list properties under contract to earn additional commissions.

Qualifications
- Licensed California real estate agent (active license).
- Interest in real estate investing or secondary income.
- Comfortable talking with sellers on the phone and in person.
- Able to run comps and understand basic deal math.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to find off-market leads (distressed properties, motivated sellers, probate, pre-foreclosure).
- Write and submit offers on on-market properties that fit buy box.
- Meet with potential sellers to build rapport and negotiate acquisitions.
- Run comps and analyze potential deals (ARV, repair estimates, offer pricing).
- Assist with light transaction coordination on deals under contract.
