Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Teaching License with a Reading endorsement is required or the ability/willingness to obtain one.
• Experience with reading intervention instruction is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess reading and math using a variety of instruments to determine eligibility and needs.
• Instruct and supervise students and instructional assistants to improve reading outcomes.
• Collect and monitor student data and report progress to families and supervisors.
• Collaborate with staff and families to promote reading excellence.
