Job summary

Center For Discovery in Glendale, CA is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join a multidisciplinary team focused on nutritional healing within an eating disorders program.

Under supervision of a licensed RD, you will deliver individualized nutrition care, develop treatment plans, lead dietary groups, and collaborate with physicians and psychiatrists to address medical and psychiatric needs. Onsite, part-time hours with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from ACEND-approved Dietetics program.
• Completion of Dietetic Internship.
• CDR license and applicable state licensure.
• One year of dietary services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based nutrition care by assessing nutrition needs and labs, creating treatment plans.
• Communicate weekly treatment goals with the team to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead dietary groups to support skill-building and behavior change.
• Provide therapeutic meal support and milieu interventions for recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and psychiatrists to address medical and psychiatric needs requiring nutritional intervention.
• Coordinate with families to support transitions across care phases.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation meeting regulatory and quality standards.
