Job summary

Center for Discovery seeks a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join a multidisciplinary treatment team in Massachusetts. You will empower patients to rebuild healthy relationships with food, support medical and psychological recovery, and contribute to a safe, evidence-based care environment.

Part-time schedule is 11am-7pm, three days weekly, with on-site responsibilities. You’ll assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians, families,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in ACEND accredited program and completion of Dietetic Internship.
• CDR license and state license where applicable.
• Must obtain CPI, CPR, First Aid and ServSafe within stated timelines.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based nutrition care with weight, vitals, labs, and dietary needs.
• Develop treatment plans aligning with medical stability and recovery goals.
• Coordinate with families and outpatient providers for seamless transitions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation meeting regulatory and quality standards.
• Assist with program operations, inventory, procurement, and safety standards.
• Supervise Diet Technicians when applicable and contribute to clinical growth.
• Provide mentor support to staff and participate in trainings and competency checks.
