Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene license (RDH) in good standing.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Local anesthesia certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide thorough prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
- Perform periodontal charting and take radiographs.
- Educate patients on home care and preventive habits.
- Partner with the dentist to develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
