Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time roles with flexible scheduling, immediate access to pay, and opportunities to advance within the growing ABA field.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families and our clinical team to support clients' goals. RBT certification required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
