Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team, delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work with a supportive clinical team to implement skill-building plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities include accurate data recording and fostering positive client-family engagement, with paid training provided. RBT certification is required before starting; six-month commitment preferred. Part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
