Job summary

Heartland Hope Techs is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings around Paxton, Lexington, and Ogallala. You’ll join a dedicated clinical team focused on helping children with Autism achieve their goals.

Positions start part-time with same-day pay options. RBT certification is required before working; paid training is provided, and you’ll have opportunities to advance through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about supporting children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
