Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism across Paxton, Lexington and Ogallala. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement plans, and document progress to help clients achieve goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification is required or you can start with willingness to obtain it. The role offers paid training, part-time hours, and a supportive clinical team.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities
