Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in Lexington, Paxton, and Ogallala, Nebraska. Positions are part-time and home-visit oriented, with flexible scheduling and immediate start for the right candidates.

You will implement evidence-based ABA interventions, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to help clients reach their goals. Paid training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
