Job summary

heartlandbehavior in Missouri is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings. We offer paid training to help eligible candidates earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before starting services.

This part-time role supports a strong clinical team, allows flexible scheduling, and includes ongoing guidance as you grow your skills and advance toward BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building connections with families.
