Job summary

Heartland ABA in Ohio is seeking a compassionate, part-time RBT to support children with autism in home and community settings. You will receive training to earn the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before beginning services.

Work hours are flexible within a part-time schedule, with ongoing supervision from a clinical team and opportunities to grow professionally within the organization. Paid training, same-day pay options, and career advancement through our BCBA schooling

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support provided to earn certification.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
