Heartland ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings, with training provided and close collaboration with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a compassionate, patient approach. This role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and the potential for same-day pay after clocking in.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
